Product Notes

Nyetimber Rosé is a beautifully crafted English sparkling wine that exudes elegance and refinement. Made with a blend of carefully selected Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from Nyetimber's own vineyards in West Sussex, this rosé boasts notes of fresh red berries, soft cherry, and subtle spice on the nose, followed by a rich and creamy palate with delicate fruit flavours and a satisfyingly long finish. Expertly made using traditional methods and aged for a minimum of three years, Nyetimber Rosé has a fine and persistent mousse that perfectly balances its subtle sweetness with a refreshing acidity, making it a perfect accompaniment to seafood, poultry, or light desserts. A classic expression of English sparkling wine, Nyetimber Rosé blends tradition with modernity, bringing a unique flavour that's sure to satisfy the most discerning palate.

About the Winery

Nyetimber

Though the Nyetimber Estate’s history dates back to as early as almost 10 centuries ago, the first vines were planted here only during 1988. The unique chalky soil of this region enables the vines to produce excellent grape varietals to create sparkling wines and other wines too.  The climate of the south of England, where the Nyetimber vineyards are located, along with the unique soil quality lends a nice acidity, ripeness and complexity to the grapes cultivated here. Today, this place is home to some of the best quality of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier varietals of grapes.
