Product Notes

Pascal Jolivet Sancerre Rosé is an elegant French wine that combines the best of Sancerre's terroir with the finesse and delicacy of a rosé. This wine is made from 100% pinot noir grapes which are handpicked and sorted to ensure the best quality. The grapevines are grown on rocky clay and limestone soils that give the wine a unique character and a rich minerality. On the nose, this wine has intense aromas of red berries and citrus fruits. On the palate, it is fresh, crisp, and well-balanced with a long, silky finish. Pascal Jolivet Sancerre Rosé pairs perfectly with seafood, salads, and light meals.

About the Winery

Pascal Jolivet

The story and history of Pascal Jolivet remain closely linked with the Jolivet family. The Jolivet family entered the wine industry in 1926 with the creation of the Société de négoce Jolivet et fils and has remained a prominent name ever since. The venture for the winery began with Lucien and Louis Jolivet, eminent cellar masters who worked at Château de Tracy. They handled and sold wine primarily in the French AOP of Sancerre.
