Tasting Note

Quintodecimo 2022 Fiano di Avellino Exultet (with 40,000 bottles released) is one of the best Campania white wines made in this vintage. The bouquet is generous and fluid with softly ripened peach, pear, poached apple and a touch of sweet Madagascar vanilla bean. The wine ferments in both stainless steel (70%) and new oak (30%) on the fine lees. Quintodecimo

Quintodecimo is a prestigious winery located in the heart of Campania, southern Italy, in the town of Mirabella Eclano. Founded in 2001 by renowned oenologist Luigi Moio and his wife Laura di Marzio, the winery has quickly gained a reputation for producing some of the finest wines in southern Italy. Moio, a professor of oenology at the University of Naples, brought years of academic research and deep respect for terroir into the project, aiming to elevate the wines of Campania to international acclaim.
