Tedeschi La Fabriseria Valpolicella DOC Classico Superiore is a premium Italian red wine with a long-standing history of excellence. Made from a blend of Corvina, Molinara, and Rondinella grape varieties, it is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of two years before release. The wine has a deep ruby-red color with aromas of ripe dark fruit, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied, rich, and complex, with flavors of black cherry, plum, tobacco, and a hint of chocolate. The tannins are firm but smooth, leading to a long finish. This wine pairs perfectly with red meat, game, and aged cheeses.

About the Winery

The name Tedeschi is synonymous with the Valpolicella region, with documents of the estate dating back to the 17th century. Since the 1630s, the family have worked within the region, shaping and influencing its vineyards and landscape.
