Tasting Note

Bouquet: hints of black currant, sour cherry, cherry, and prune gives freshness to the wine and is combined with hints of minerals and vanilla ethers. Flavor: rich structure and balance. The extract concentrate is revealing and well balanced by a significant tannic structure, by a lively acidity and by an alcohol content that insures a good aging potential. The retro-olfaction confirms the nose notes. It is an elegant wine with a long finish.

Product Notes

Tedeschi La Fabriseria Valpolicella DOC Classico Superiore is a premium Italian red wine with a long-standing history of excellence. Made from a blend of Corvina, Molinara, and Rondinella grape varieties, it is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of two years before release. The wine has a deep ruby-red color with aromas of ripe dark fruit, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied, rich, and complex, with flavors of black cherry, plum, tobacco, and a hint of chocolate. The tannins are firm but smooth, leading to a long finish. This wine pairs perfectly with red meat, game, and aged cheeses.
