Product Notes

Tenuta di Bibbiano Vin Santo del Chianti Classico is a rare and exceptional dessert wine hailing from the heart of Tuscany. Made from the finest selection of sangiovese grapes, harvested at peak ripeness, the grapes are dried on traditional mats through the winter, which enhances the aroma and flavor. After fermentation, Vin Santo is aged for at least five years in small barrels, allowing natural oxidative processes to occur, creating an intense, amber-colored wine with notes of honey, figs, and almonds. With a rich, velvety texture and natural sweetness, it pairs perfectly with cheese or biscotti. Tenuta di Bibbiano Vin Santo del Chianti Classico is a testament to the artistry and expertise of Italian winemaking.
