Product Notes

Warwick Estate Professor Black Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp and refreshing white wine that hails from the Stellenbosch region in South Africa. As one of the winery's signature releases, this wine showcases a vibrant bouquet of citrus and tropical fruit aromas, followed by a lively and zesty palate that is full of juicy acidity and layers of complex flavors. The wine is produced using only the finest premium grapes, which are carefully harvested and fermented using traditional winemaking techniques. The result is a beautifully balanced wine that is perfect for pairing with seafood, salads, and light pasta dishes, or simply enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.

About the Winery

Warwick Estate

In 1771, the Warwick Estate was established in the great wine region of Stellenbosch in South Africa. However, the estate came to be known internationally for its winemaking potential only during 1964. During this time Stan and Norma Radcliffe purchased the estate and started planting international and Bordeaux-style of vines here, such as, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
