A cheeky chilled red with a very tasty palate: vivid notes of pomegranate, cranberries, wild strawberries and citrus with herbs that literally makes you hunger for food. Oily on the palate with crunchy berries and linear acidity to match mid-weight phenolics. Delicious and serious. Garage Wine Co. Old Vine Pale Rosé Lot 113 is a unique wine that's made from the old-vine Pais grape, which was originally brought to Chile by Spanish missionaries. The grapes for this wine are grown on dry-farmed vineyards in the Maule Valley, which are known for producing wines with intense flavor profiles. As a result, this rosé boasts a bright, citrusy nose with notes of raspberry, quince, and red currant. On the palate, it's crisp, refreshing, and well-balanced with a long finish. True to the Garage Wine Co. philosophy, Lot 113 is made with minimal intervention to showcase the natural expression of the vineyard. It's a perfect summer sipper that will delight any wine lover.
