Fresh on the nose, seductive with nuances of fresh red berries, strawberry and floral accents, offering a lively, creamy palate that evolves to an elegantly fruity finish.

Product Notes

Gérard Bertrand French Cancan Brut Nature Rosé is a delightful sparkling wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. Made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes, this wine exhibits a beautiful pale pink color and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is filled with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively with bright acidity and flavors of red berries and citrus. This Brut Nature Rosé is bone dry, making it an excellent choice for those who prefer a more crisp and refreshing style of sparkling wine. Perfect for any celebration or as an aperitif, Gérard Bertrand French Cancan is a true gem.

About the Winery

Gérard Bertrand

The story of Gérard Bertrand remains closely linked with three generations of the Bertrand family. The wine estate and winemaking craft have remained associated with the renowned winegrowers Paule, Georges, and Gérard Bertrand, getting passed down through generations. The winery’s fame started coming into light in 1975 when Georges Bertrand took his then ten-year-old son, Gérard, to harvest grapes on the Château de Villemajou in the Corbières wine appellation.
