Grown on the hillside slopes of the estate vineyard, these grapes were carefully selected and handpicked, then aged for nine months in French oak barrels to develop its rich buttery complexity. On the nose, it boasts aromas of vanilla, baked pears, and toasted almonds with hints of roasted marshmallows. On the palate, it offers flavors of tropical fruit, lemon zest, and caramel.
