Hartenberg The Eleanor Chardonnay is a premium wine produced in the Stellenbosch region of South Africa. It is named after Eleanor Finlayson, the matriarch of the Finlayson family who established Hartenberg Estate in the 18th century. The wine is crafted using only the finest Chardonnay grapes and is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, resulting in a beautifully balanced and complex flavor profile. The aroma is characterized by hints of vanilla, butterscotch, and honey, while the palate presents a rich creaminess with notes of ripe peach and citrus.
