The Pinot Noir grapes for this wine are handpicked, destemmed, and then fermented with 40% whole clusters. Following fermentation, this wine is aged in French oak barrels for 10 months to enhance its complexity. The nose of this wine is bursting with aromas of ripe strawberries, cherries, and baking spices. On the palate, it delivers flavors of red and black fruits, earthy undertones, and supple tannins that lead to a long, smooth finish.
