Tasting Note

This has a deep hue that lies between salmon and grapefruit. On the nose, it reveals vibrant notes of citrus and spices. The palate opens with a fresh, lively attack that evolves into the characteristic spiciness of Mourvèdre. The finish is relatively saline and almost tannic, with lingering hints of spices and delicate white flowers.

Product Notes

La Bastide Blanche Bandol Rosé is a deliciously refreshing wine that embodies the essence of the Provence region in France. This elegant Rosé is made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre grapes, resulting in a vibrant pink hue and delicate flavors of ripe strawberries, citrus fruits, and hints of rose petals. The nose is filled with floral aromas and the palate is crisp and well-balanced, making it the perfect companion for a sunny afternoon or a light meal. La Bastide Blanche Bandol Rosé is a true representation of the terroir and craftsmanship that goes into creating exceptional wines in Bandol.

About the Winery

La Bastide Blanche

La Bastide Blanche is a renowned family-owned estate located in the appellation of Bandol, in Provence, southern France. Established in the early 1970s, the estate was acquired by the Bronzo family in 1972, who have since become one of the key producers shaping the reputation of Bandol wines. The domaine lies between the villages of Le Castellet and La Cadière-d’Azur, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Its vineyards benefit from a unique microclimate moderated by sea breezes and abundant sunshine, along with the limestone and clay soils that define the region.
