Tasting Note

Richer than the straight Chablis, featuring aromas of ripe pear, white peach, and delicate floral nuances. Its mineral backbone and well-balanced acidity give the wine structure and depth, making it both accessible and expressive of its terroir.

Product Notes

Laurent Tribut Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy is a stunning white wine that showcases the best of Chablis terroir. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the premier cru vineyard of Beauroy, this wine is a true reflection of its esteemed origins. The nose offers enticing aromas of white flowers, citrus, and mineral notes, while the palate is crisp and vibrant with flavors of lemon, green apple, and a touch of flinty minerality. The wine is well-balanced with a refreshing acidity and a long, elegant finish. A perfect match for seafood dishes or enjoyed on its own, Laurent Tribut Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy is a fine example of the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of Chablis wines.

About the Winery

Laurent Tribut

It all started when Laurent Tribut married Marie-Clotilde Dauvissat, sister of the famous Vincent Dauvissat and daughter of René. Years earlier, the savvy Dauvissat family had snapped up some killer village-level parcels right next to their own premier crus, specifically so their kids could have a shot at becoming vignerons without fighting over the main estate. Marie-Clotilde and Laurent grabbed that gift with both hands and launched their own tiny domaine in the late 1980s, vinifying the first vintages right in the Dauvissat cellar under René’s watchful eye.
