Tasting Note

'La Rocca' is golden yellow in the glass, with intense, concentrated perfumes that follow through to the palate. On the nose, classic 'La Rocca' aromas of nuts and exotic fruits lead to an elegant and beautifully balanced palate, with notes of spice and a light minerality on the long finish

Product Notes

Pieropan La Rocca Soave Classico is a highly esteemed wine made in the Veneto region of northeastern Italy. It is crafted from 100% Garganega grapes, carefully selected from the best vineyards of the estate. This enological masterpiece has a characteristic straw yellow color and a complex bouquet, with aromas of ripe stone fruit, honey, and almond. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich, with a creamy texture and a persistent finish. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for a minimum of 18 months on its lees, which provides it with a unique depth and a satisfying minerality. Pieropan La Rocca Soave Classico is a perfect companion to seafood, light pasta dishes, and grilled vegetables.
