Tasting Note

Luscious, vibrant nose of black cherry and ripe red fruits like Santa Rosa plums, with background notes of orange peel and clove. The firm, rich tannins promise a long life; this wine will continue to develop for another 10-15 years

Product Notes

Marimar Estate La Masia Pinot Noir is a medium-bodied red wine that is created from selected vines that are grown in the estate's best vineyard plots in Sonoma County, California. This wine boasts an intense aroma of dark cherries, raspberries and blackberries, with a hint of vanilla and spice. The superb flavor of Marimar Estate La Masia Pinot Noir is highlighted by a tart quality, providing a nice zest and perfect acidity. The wine contains a delicate fruit finish that makes it perfect for pairing with lighter dishes, such as grilled fish or chicken. This vintage is a perfect example of the excellence of the Marimar Estate winery.

About the Winery

Marimar Estate

Marimar Torres, one of the prestigious winemaking families in the world, wanted to set up its legacy in California. The search for the perfect location ended in the Russian River Valley appellation, also known as the Green Valley appellation, located in the southern part of Sonoma County. Since this plot is located at a distance of just 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean, this plot is blessed with a cool climate all through the year. Therefore, the climatic conditions are ideal for growing some of the best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varietals in California.
