Produced by the talented winemaker Matias Riccitelli, who is known for his minimalist and detail-oriented approach, this wine is made from 100% Semillon grapes, grown on the vineyards of La Consulta in the Uco Valley. The grapes are handpicked, sorted, and fermented in stainless steel tanks using natural yeast. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 9 to 10 months, which imparts a complex flavor profile that is both delicate and rich. On the palate, Matias Riccitelli Blanco de la Casa offers a juicy citrus and tropical fruit flavors, with a subtle hint of vanilla and toast. It is a perfect blend of freshness and maturity, making it an ideal accompaniment to seafood, grilled vegetables, and salads.

Matias Riccitelli grew up in one of the premium wine regions of the world, Mendoza, in Argentina. This was where he grew passionate about the art of winemaking. Later, he learnt the tricks of the trade from reputed wineries across his country. He started his own wine label in the year 2009, powered by this knowledge that he had gathered during the previous years.
