Tasting Note

A perfect balance between the Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier varieties, this elite blend of growths from the Montagne de Reims area, the Côte des Bars and the Marne Valley offers a contemporary expression of a Blanc de Noirs. The fruity structure of the Pinots is expressed with surprising freshness. The nose offers the delicate aromas of peach and apricot sustained by the tonic qualities of pomelo and currants, offering an optimum balance between intensity of aromas and refinement.

Product Notes

Palmer & Co Blanc de Noirs is a premium champagne that represents the finest expression of Pinot Noir grown in the best vineyards of Champagne. The blend is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes and has a beautifully pale golden color with hints of pink. On the nose, it has an intense bouquet of red berries, fresh roses, and a subtle hint of toastiness. The palate is dominated by flavors of raspberry, cherry, and strawberry, complemented by a long finish. This champagne has a perfect balance of fruitiness, acidity, and minerality, making it ideal for pairing with seafood, poultry, and creamy cheeses. It is the perfect champagne for any celebration or special occasion.

About the Winery

Palmer & Co

Located in the Montagne de Reims area of France, the Palmer & Co. Wine brand was created in 1947. This was when seven expert winegrowers who owned the vineyards of Premier and Grand Cru vineyards got together to form this brand. This group kept growing in its size as it kept acquiring one cellar after another in a short time. Currently, there are over 200 hectares of land that are under the control of Palmer & Co. Wines.
