Product Notes

Pheasant's Tears Mtsvane Bodbiskhevi is a unique and exceptional wine produced in the Kakheti region of Georgia. Made from the indigenous Mtsvane grape variety, this wine is fermented and aged in traditional qvevri clay vessels buried in the ground, following ancient winemaking techniques. The result is a complex and aromatic wine with notes of citrus, stone fruit, and floral undertones. Its vibrant acidity and distinct mineral character make it a perfect pairing for a variety of dishes, from grilled fish to spicy Asian cuisine. Pheasant's Tears Mtsvane Bodbiskhevi is a true reflection of Georgia's rich winemaking heritage and a must-try for wine enthusiasts looking to explore something truly special.
