Product Notes

Pheasant's Tears Rkatsiteli Bakurtsikhe is a remarkable white wine that comes from the Kakheti region of Georgia. Made with the indigenous Rkatsiteli grape, this wine has a bright, golden hue and exudes inviting aromas of citrus fruits, apricots, and honey. On the palate, it's a complex and elegant wine with a refreshing acidity balanced by a subtle sweetness and a hint of minerality. It's a medium-bodied wine with a clean and crisp finish that leaves a delightful aftertaste of apricots, peaches, and nuts. Perfect to pair with seafood, cheese, and light dishes, this wine is a true expression of Georgian winemaking savoir-faire.
