Raúl Pérez Ultreia Godello is a white wine that originates from the Bierzo region of Spain. It is made from the Godello grape variety that is known for its aromatic properties and distinct flavors. This wine is pale yellow in color with a bouquet of white flowers, ripe stone fruits, and a hint of minerality. On the palate, you'll find a complex flavor profile that is well-balanced between acidity, sweetness, and hints of oak. Raúl Pérez is a unique winery that, unlike traditional wineries, changes and modifies its brands, wine types, and vineyards according to the varying factors of nature and its creator’s creativity. Its venture starts with a link between the owner Raúl Pérez and Castro Ventosa. The latter was a family-owned winery in Valtuille in Leon’s Bierzo region. The wines there inspired the aspiring oenologist and winemaker, leading him to develop and create his winery.
