Product Notes

Seghesio Old Vines Sonoma County Zinfandel is a deep and richly flavored wine that showcases the beauty and intensity of old vine zinfandel grapes. This wine is a true representation of the quality and dedication that Seghesio Family Vineyards puts into each bottle they produce. The nose is full of ripe dark fruit like blackberry and cherry with a hint of spice. On the palate, the fruit becomes more pronounced and is balanced by a touch of acidity and subtle tannins. This wine is perfect for pairing with hearty meals like barbecue or a steak dinner, or enjoyed as a standalone glass. It is an exceptional choice for wine lovers who appreciate the complexities and layers that an old vine zinfandel can offer.

About the Winery

Seghesio

The Seghesio family-owned winery has been in the industry for over 100 years. Around 3 years ago, this brand celebrated its 120th anniversary in Sonoma County in the USA. The wine brand has been creating waves in the wine industry for over five generations now. It all started in the year 1895 when an expert winemaker and Italian immigrant, Edoardo Seghesio planted the first Zinfandel vineyard in the Alexander Valley located in Sonoma County.
