Tasting Note

Lifted white flowers, citrus and white peach aromas. Complex lemon sorbet and grapefruit flavours with flashes of minerality, hints of nectarine and nougat. Compact, linear and crisp with poise, balance and tension. Finely integrated new and seasoned French oak. Seriously delicious.

Product Notes

Silver Lining Chardonnay is a luxurious and elegant wine that offers a perfect balance of fruitiness and acidity. This crisp and refreshing white wine is crafted from the finest Chardonnay grapes, grown in the sun-soaked vineyards of California. With notes of ripe apple, pear, and tropical fruits, this wine delights the palate with its smooth and velvety texture. The subtle oak aging adds a touch of richness and complexity, making it an ideal choice for any occasion. Whether enjoyed on its own or paired with seafood, poultry, or creamy pasta dishes, Silver Lining Chardonnay is sure to impress even the most discerning wine enthusiast.

About the Winery

Silver Lining

Silver Lining Wines is a small, purpose‑driven winery in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia, launched in 2020 by winemaker Marty Edwards. After nearly two decades in the wine industry working with his family’s estate vineyards, Edwards founded Silver Lining as a new label following his diagnosis with Parkinson’s disease. The project was born out of both a love for cool‑climate Adelaide Hills fruit and a desire to give back: all proceeds from wine sales are directed to support Parkinson’s disease research in Australia.
