Product Notes

St. Cosme Cote Rotie is a red wine that is produced in the Cote Rotie region in Northern Rhone Valley, France. It is made from Syrah grapes grown in the steep, terraced vineyards along the Rhone river. This wine is known for its deep garnet color, rich aroma of dark fruits and floral notes, and complex, full-bodied flavor with tannic structure. It is aged in oak barrels for 18 months, adding depth and complexity to its flavor profile with notes of vanilla and spice. St. Cosme Cote Rotie pairs well with game meats and strong cheeses. It is a highly-regarded wine, known for its quality and sophistication.
