This wine is a blend of Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz grapes, which are carefully selected and picked by hand, ensuring only the best quality fruit is used. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 16 months, which imparts a subtle hint of vanilla and spice to the complex fruit flavors of raspberries, blackcurrants, and plums.
