Product Notes

Arnaldo Caprai Grecante Colli Martani Grechetto is a white wine blend produced in the hillside vineyards of central Umbria, Italy. This wine is made with the indigenous Grechetto grape variety, which has been cultivated in the region for thousands of years and is known for its floral and aromatic qualities. The wine is characterized by a brilliant straw-yellow color and has a delicate bouquet of white flowers, citrus fruits and herbs. On the palate, it is light, refreshing and well-structured, with crisp acidity and minerality. This wine pairs well with seafood, salads, appetizers and light pasta dishes. The Arnaldo Caprai Grecante Colli Martani Grechetto is a perfect expression of the terroir and traditions of Umbria winemaking.

About the Winery

Arnaldo Caprai

The story of Arnaldo Caprai began in 1971 when the winery’s founder of the same name decided to make his dream and goal of establishing and operating a wine farm come true. Arnaldo was a successful and renowned textile entrepreneur. However, he always remained interested in the art and craft of winemaking. It led him to purchase 45 hectares of land in Montefalco town, the land on which the winery stands today.
