Product Notes

Trapiche Costa & Pampa Pinot Noir is a premium quality red wine that originates from Patagonia, Argentina. It is known for its intense fruity aromas, with subtle hints of oak, vanilla, and spice. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, which gives it a delicate and smooth taste. The grapes are sourced from the Costa and Pampa regions, which have a cool climate, perfect for growing Pinot Noir grapes. This wine is cherished for its bright ruby color and its medium body, which makes it an ideal pairing for grilled meats, risottos, and cheeses. It has won numerous accolades and is highly recommended for wine enthusiasts looking for a delightful and mesmerizing wine experience.

About the Winery

Trapiche

Trapiche, located in the extremely wine-rich region of Mendoza in Argentina, is a winery that was set up during 1883. This area comprises of over 1000 hectares and it is not surprising to know that this winery is the largest wine producer in Argentina. When Tiburcio Benegas bought the Trapiche winery during the 1880s, it was only a very small vineyard. Today, the place, owned by Grupo Penaflor, encompasses many vineyards from the Mendoza region.
