Product Notes

Amalaya Gran Corte Calchaquí Valley is a complex and elegant red wine that boasts a brilliant ruby color and an intense aroma of red fruits, spices, and floral notes. The wine is a blend of Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and Tannat grapes, grown in the high-altitude vineyards of the Calchaquí Valley in northern Argentina. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, adding depth and complexity to its already rich and full-bodied flavor profile. On the palate, the wine is velvety smooth and lush, with well-structured tannins and a long, flavorful finish. It pairs perfectly with grilled meats, stews, and mature cheeses.
