Tasting Note

Aromas of red roasted pepper, tobacco, dill and mushrooms on the nose are complemented by a subtle note of blackberries and cherries. The wine is well balanced with mouthwatering acidity and round, soft tannins

Product Notes

Errazuriz Max Reserva Carmenère is a premium wine that comes from the prestigious Errazuriz winery in Chile's Aconcagua Valley. Made from 100% Carmenère grapes, this wine displays a deep ruby red color and intense aromas of black cherry, plum, and tobacco. Its rich, concentrated palate features flavors of dark chocolate, blackberry, and spice, with a full body and silky tannins that give it a smooth and elegant finish. It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, which impart subtle notes of vanilla and toast to the wine. Errazuriz Max Reserva Carmenère is a perfect choice to complement grilled meats, hearty stews, or mature cheeses.

About the Winery

Errazuriz

When you make a list of some of the best Chilean wines, Errazuriz is sure to feature in it. Founded in 1870, this wine label has been making wines that are true to the terroir found in the place of its origin – Aconcagua Valley in Chile. Don Maximiano Errazuriz, the founder of this label planted the first French vines in this region to make innovative and stylish Chilean wines. Today, his descendants have made Errazuriz one of the most sought-after Chilean wines.
