Sugrue South Downs Cuvée Boz Blanc de Blancs is an exceptional English sparkling wine that boasts of rich flavors and a beautiful aroma. This wine is made up entirely of Chardonnay grapes grown on the South Downs of England. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested and pressed before undergoing secondary fermentation in-bottle for a minimum of two years. The result is a delicate yet complex wine with a hint of citrus, brioche, and mineral notes. The wine is pale gold in color with fine bubbles, and its crisp and refreshing finish leaves a lasting impression. Sugrue South Downs Cuvée Boz Blanc de Blancs is perfect for a special occasion or pairing with a delicious seafood platter.
