Tasting Note

One of the noblest of the Alsace grapes, Pinot Gris produces a full, heady, rich and lush wine in Trimbach’s hands. It is technically dry, but the style is so fruity and full, with such a long palate that the illusion of sweetness is maintained. Watch out too for a smokiness on the finish. Its great depth is balanced by a crisp acidity that gives structure and longevity.

Product Notes

Trimbach Pinot Gris Réserve is a dry white wine that originates in the Alsace region of France. It is made with 100% Pinot Gris grape variety which is known for its rich, fruity and spicy characteristics. This wine has a pale golden color with a full-bodied and rich palate that showcases notes of peach, apricot, honey, and citrus fruits. It has a refreshing acidity and a long, lingering finish. This wine can be enjoyed on its own or paired with a variety of foods such as seafood, poultry, and cream-based dishes. It is a perfect companion for any occasion, from simple weeknight dinners to special celebrations.
