The vineyard, Les Santenots, is located in the heart of the Volnay 1er Cru area, known for producing some of the best red wines in Burgundy. This wine exhibits a rich, fragrant bouquet of dark berries and cherries, with subtle notes of spice and earth. On the palate, it is full-bodied with silky tannins and well-structured acidity, delivering flavors of black cherry, raspberry, and a hint of vanilla. It has a long, elegant finish that is characteristic of the finest Burgundy wines.
