Tasting Note

An exceptionally elegant Blanc de Blancs with aromas of crisp citrus fruits married with notes of toasted brioche and butter. Crisp and refreshing on the palate, with a fine mousse and a vibrant acidity which carries the complex flavours onto the lingering finish.

Product Notes

The Jean-Claude Boisset JCB Caviar Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs is a luxurious and elegant sparkling wine from the renowned Burgundy region of France. This limited edition wine is crafted using traditional methods and only the finest Chardonnay grapes, resulting in a crisp and vibrant Blanc de Blancs with delicate bubbles and a creamy texture. The wine exudes aromas of fresh citrus, white flowers, and brioche, leading to a palate of green apple, pear, and a touch of minerality. Perfect for special occasions or as a decadent aperitif, the JCB Caviar Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs is a true expression of French excellence and sophistication.

About the Winery

Jean-Claude Boisset

Located in Nuits St. Georges, the Jean Claude Boisset winery was first set up in 1961 by a 17-year old genius winemaker, Jean Claude Boisset. Today, this winery is home to some of the most popular wines in the world. One of the major highlights of this winery is that it is located in an almost unnoticeable place (which was a Ursulines convent earlier) so that authentic wines are created with the least bit of human intervention.
