Ktima Gerovassiliou is a reputable winery in Epanomi, Greece known for producing high-quality and unique wines. One of its flagship wines is the Avaton PGI, a blend of Limnio, Mavroudi, and Mavrotragano grapes that undergoes a long maceration and aging process in French oak barrels for 24 months. The result is a full-bodied yet elegant wine with intense aromas of black fruit, spices, and smoke, followed by a palate that balances power and finesse with ripe tannins and a long-lasting finish.
