Tasting Note

The nose has an intense and floral bouquet that recalls the aromas of red fruits, cherries, currants and berries. In the mouth the wine is fresh with a long and intense finish.

Product Notes

Masciarelli Gianni Masciarelli Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo is a rose wine from the Abruzzo region of Italy. It is made from Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes, which are handpicked from vines over 30 years old. This wine is known for its delicate balance of fruit, aromatic herbs, and floral notes. Initially, it presents with a rich cherry and strawberry flavor, which is well-balanced with crisp acidity. As it develops, subtle hints of rose petals and herbs gradually emerge. The wine pairs perfectly with cured meats and cheeses, as well as seafood dishes, making it an excellent choice for a summer evening. Overall, the Masciarelli Gianni Masciarelli Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo is a standout wine for any occasion.

About the Winery

Masciarelli

Established in 1981, Masciarelli originated from the entrepreneurial institution set up by Gianni Masciarelli. The winery’s history begins with the founder’s business ventures in the region at that time. Ever since he got invested in the line of vine growing and winemaking, three things have never left his side. They are his love for the land, his wife, and his family.
