Product Notes

Graci Etna Rosato DOC is a unique wine made from grapes grown on the slopes of the picturesque Mount Etna in Sicily. This wine is a beautiful blend of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Mantellato grapes, which gives it a beautiful salmon pink color and a bouquet of fruit and floral aromas. The palate is vibrant and well-balanced offering complex flavor notes of berries, pomegranate, and citrus, with a minerality that is perfectly complemented by crisp acidity. This wine is ideal as an aperitif or paired with light salads, grilled seafood or chicken dishes. Overall, Graci Etna Rosato DOC is a delightful and refreshing wine that is perfect for warm summer evenings and pairs well with any light meal.

Tasting Notes

The Etna Rosato is 100% Nerello Mascalese and is pale salmon colour, obtained from direct pressing and without any skin maceration. Lovely nose, very elegant and marine and savoury, with just a slight hint of wild strawberry and pink grapefruit. On the palate, the wine is saline and expressive, showing nectarine, hints of rhubarb and red apple skin
