Product Notes

Planeta Eruzione 1614 Riesling Terre Siciliane IGT is a unique and complex white wine that captures the essence of its volcanic soil. Made from 100% Riesling grapes grown on the slopes of Mount Etna, it has a pale yellow color and a bouquet of ripe peach and apricot with hints of lemon zest and wildflowers. On the palate, it displays a refreshing acidity balanced by a richness of fruit that translates into notes of white peach, apricot, and honey, with a subtle minerality. Aged in stainless steel tanks for several months, this wine is best served chilled, making it perfect for pairing with fresh seafood and salads.
