Product Notes

Planeta Etna Bianco D.O.C. is a high-quality Italian white wine made from grapes grown on the slopes of Mount Etna, one of the largest active volcanoes in Europe. The wine has a pale straw-yellow color and a delicate floral bouquet with hints of citrus and white peach. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant with a zesty acidity, balanced by a mineral finish that is typical of the volcanic soil. Planeta Etna Bianco D.O.C. is made from a blend of native Sicilian grape varieties including Carricante, Catarratto, and Minella, and is an excellent accompaniment to seafood, grilled vegetables, and light pasta dishes. This wine is an excellent representation of the unique terroir of the Etna region and is sure to impress any wine enthusiast.
