Product Notes

Williams Selyem Weir Vineyard Pinot Noir is a premium wine that is crafted with passion and care to produce an exceptional tasting experience. This Pinot Noir is sourced from the Weir Vineyard, an exceptional site known for producing some of the most complex and dynamic Pinot Noir grapes in California. The wine showcases a beautiful deep ruby color and a fragrant aroma filled with intense notes of truffle, blackberry, and a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is elegant, with silky tannins and a pleasing acidity that balances the rich fruit flavor. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering flavors of dark chocolate and black plum. This wine pairs well with grilled salmon, roasted poultry, or pork dishes.

About the Winery

Williams Selyem

It was in the early 1970s that Burt Williams and his partner, Ed Selyem understood their passion for winemaking, and decided to make a profession out of their hobby. Inspired by the richness and intensity of the Pinot Noir grown in the Burgundy area in France, Williams and Selyem proceeded to make their own version of American Pinot Noir.
