Gaia Vinsanto by Gaia 8 Years Old is a unique and exquisite wine hailing from the beautiful island of Santorini. Made from sun-dried grapes, this Vinsanto is aged for eight years, resulting in a rich and complex flavor profile. Notes of honey, dried fruits, and caramel dance on the palate, while a hint of acidity provides balance and structure. This wine is a true reflection of the terroir of Santorini, with its volcanic soil and Mediterranean climate. Gaia Vinsanto is perfect for savoring on its own as a dessert wine or pairing with a variety of cheeses and dried fruits.

About the Winery

Gaia

The Greeks are known for traveling to various places and picking up knowledge from around the world. This rule applies to two agriculturalists, Yiannis Paraskevopoulos and Leon Karatsalos. Their love for wine took them to various wine-rich places of the world, where they learnt the tricks of the trade, before starting their own wine label, Gaia, in the year 1994. Since then, they have been doing all that they can to make the most of the two ultimate wine regions of Greece – Santorini and Nemea.
