Thelema Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium wine made by Thelema Mountain Vineyards, a high altitude vineyard nestled in the Stellenbosch mountains of South Africa. The grapes used to make this wine are handpicked and carefully selected to ensure only the finest fruit is used. The wine has a deep ruby colour with aromas of black currant, blackberry and cedar. On the palate, it is full-bodied with well-structured tannins and a long finish. This is a wine that can be enjoyed now or aged for several years to come. Thelema Cabernet Sauvignon is ideal for pairing with red meats or rich pasta dishes.

About the Winery

Thelema

The family-owned Thelema Mountain Vineyards are located in the highly wine-rich area of Stellenbosch in South Africa. Thelema wines and Sutherland wines are created from the grapes produced at these vineyards. The Thelema vineyards are located towards the south east of Simonsberg Mountain at an altitude of about 530m above sea level. This altitude enables in growing high quality and premium grapes.
