Tasting Note

Lebanon’s Cinsault has been growing in the Bekaa Valley for more than a century. In this respect, and bearing in mind the other exciting grapes that make up the blend, Les Bretèches is a quintessential Lebanese wine. With a finely spiced nose of blackcurrant and cherry, it reveals silky tannins and generous red fruits flavors.

Product Notes

Chateau Kefraya Les Bretéches Red is a powerful and full-bodied red wine that is made from a blend of six different grape varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Mourvèdre, and Petit Verdot. Located in the heart of the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon, Chateau Kefraya is renowned for producing some of the finest wines in the world. The Les Bretéches Red is no exception, boasting a deep ruby color and aromas of black fruit, spice, and vanilla. On the palate, it is rich and complex, with bold flavors of black cherry, cassis, and chocolate, and a long, smooth finish that lingers on the tongue. Perfect for pairing with hearty meat dishes, this wine is a true standout among red blends.
