Tasting Note

Routinely one of the most vibrant and fresh Châteauneuf Blancs around, the 2023 is no exception. A blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Roussanne & Picpoul, matured entirely in stainless steel. The 2023 has plenty of character; with notes of citrus, quince, concorde pear and white blossom. Delicately textured, the palate is elegant and well-balanced, with a long saline finish.

Product Notes

Chateau Mont-Redon Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is a luxurious and elegant white wine that hails from the prestigious Châteauneuf-du-Pape region in the Southern Rhône Valley of France. This exquisite wine is made from a blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Bourboulenc, and Roussanne grapes, creating a complex and vibrant flavor profile. The wine offers aromas of fresh white flowers, citrus fruits, and hints of herbs, leading to a rich and velvety palate with notes of ripe pear, peach, and a touch of minerality. Chateau Mont-Redon Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is the perfect accompaniment to seafood, poultry, or creamy cheeses.
