Tasting Note

Bright yellow in colour. On the nose, intense aromas of crisp apple, pear, lime blossom and lemon verbena are married with subtle herbal notes. On the palate, the precise and concentrated flavours are complemented by a stony minerality and balanced by a vibrant acidity, resulting in a crisp and clean finish.

Product Notes

Santiago Ruiz O Rosal Rías Baixas is a white wine from the region of Rías Baixas in northwest Spain. It is made from a blend of five grape varieties including Albariño, Loureiro, Treixadura, Godello and Caíño Blanco. This wine is light, refreshing and complex with aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, and flowers. Its high acidity and minerality make it a perfect pairing with seafood, particularly shellfish, as well as spicy dishes and creamy cheeses. Santiago Ruiz O Rosal Rías Baixas is a well-balanced and elegant wine that demonstrates the quality and diversity of the Rías Baixas region.
