Tasting Note

The bouquet has aromas of rose petals, pomegranate and black cherry aromas alongside a spicy background. This is a medium-bodied, savoury red displaying lots of juicy dark fruit and a lively acidity.

Product Notes

Dominio do Bibei Lacima Ribeira Sacra is a white wine from Galicia, Spain. Made with Godello and Albariño grapes that are sourced from the vineyards situated on the steep slopes of the Ribeira Sacra region, this wine offers a fresh and fruit-forward flavor profile. The wine is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels which results in a complex wine with notes of green apple, pear, citrus and a hint of vanilla. The wine is well-balanced with a crisp acidity and a long and elegant finish. It is a perfect pairing with seafood, salads, cheese or simply enjoyed on its own.
