Tasting Note

This reveals some ripe fruits including pineapple, passion fruit, yellow peach, greengage and a touch of mango packed into smoke and minty herbs on the nose at this early stage. The wine coats the palate with ample juicy and creamy fruits. Long and smooth mineral finish, only waiting to come out at maturity.

Product Notes

Weingut Markus Molitor Urziger Wurzgarten Spatlese (White Cap) is a classic German wine renowned for its balance of sweetness, acidity, and fruitiness. Produced by one of the leading winemakers in the Mosel valley, Markus Molitor, this wine boasts an elegant aroma of peach, apricot, and honey, with subtle mineral undertones. On the palate, it is complex with a luscious texture and a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, followed by a long finish. This Spatlese is made from Riesling grapes grown in the steep slopes of Wurzgarten vineyard, where the terroir plays a crucial role in producing wines of exceptional quality. It pairs well with spicy dishes, cheese, or desserts.
