Tasting Note

The 2019 Estate Shiraz shows abundant fruit flavours that Coriole's 50-year-old vineyards provide. Aromas of mulberry, blackberry, chocolate and plum. The palate is bright and full bodied with succulent tannins and great concentration of dark-berried fruit. A classic example from a superb vintage.

Product Notes

Coriole Estate Shiraz is an exceptional South Australian wine renowned for its elegant, complex, and spicy flavor profile. Made from the finest, hand-harvested fruit grown in the iconic McLaren Vale region, this Shiraz boasts a deep ruby color, aromas of blackberry and plum, and sweet, luscious tannins. On the palate, the flavors are juicy and intense with notes of dark cherry, blackcurrant, and hints of vanilla and cinnamon. It is a full-bodied wine with a long, smooth finish, making it the perfect accompaniment to hearty meat dishes, bold cheeses, and chocolate desserts. Coriole Estate Shiraz is a true expression of the terroir and winemaking expertise of its producers.
