Tasting Note

While the Sireni produces a full bodied wine with grippy tannins and notes of black fruits, pomegranate and liquorice, the Ararati lifts the wine giving it vitality and complexity.

Product Notes

Zorah Sirenì is a truly exquisite wine that embodies the essence of Armenia's ancient winemaking tradition. Made from a blend of the indigenous Areni Noir grape variety, this wine expresses the unique terroir of the Vayots Dzor region. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in traditional clay amphorae, resulting in a wine that is rich, complex, and full of character. On the palate, Zorah Sirenì offers intense aromas of red berries, dried herbs, and a hint of spice, with a velvety texture and elegant tannins. This wine is a perfect companion to grilled meats, aged cheeses, or simply enjoyed on its own. Experience the magic of Zorah Sirenì and discover the ancient history and culture of Armenia in every sip.

About the Winery

Zorah

The Armenian wine brand of Zorah has been making waves in the wine industry, of late. It all started when Zorik Gharibian visited Armenia for the first time, many years ago. Zorik’s ancestors belonged to Armenia and when he visited his “native” country for the first time, the winemaker in him didn’t fail to realise the potential of his country’s abilities to make rich and flavourful wine. The sand, climate and other natural resources of Armenia compelled Zorik to buy a vineyard here and introduce the country to traditional winemaking styles.
