Tasting Note

Fracture pays tribute to the Booker estate’s limestone soils, which fracture under pressure rather than crumble. Found in top wine regions, limestone shapes this wine’s power. The 2021 vintage shows blueberries, iodine, and leather on the nose, with velvety flavours of kola nut and forest floor, finishing with remarkable poise, depth, and structure.

Product Notes

Booker Fracture wine is a bold and robust red blend that captures the essence of the rugged and wild landscapes of the Booker Vineyard in Paso Robles, California. This full-bodied wine is a fusion of Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah grapes, creating a complex and layered flavor profile. With rich notes of dark berries, black pepper, and hints of leather, this wine is perfect for those who enjoy a deep and intense experience. Whether sipped on its own or paired with hearty dishes like grilled steaks or aged cheeses, Booker Fracture wine is sure to leave a lasting impression on the palate.

About the Winery

Booker

Booker Vineyard & Winery is a highly regarded estate located in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles, California. Founded in 2001 by Eric Jensen and his wife Lisa, the winery is rooted in a deep respect for the land and its history. The property was originally farmed by the Booker brothers, Claude and Dick, local farmers known for their generosity and community spirit. Jensen purchased the land with a vision to produce world-class Rhône-style wines, releasing the first Booker vintage in 2005.
