Tasting Note

Oublié is Booker’s tried-and-true GSM, landing this time with a tiny contribution of Tannat. The 2021 vintage is loaded with aromas of boysenberry, cherry, caramel and toasty oak. The palate is coated with luscious berry flavours and soft, rich textures, concluding with firm structure on the finish. Oublié is one of our lightest blends by design, aiming to mimic a Châteauneuf-du-Pape and pair well with all types of food.

Product Notes

Booker Oublié wine is a luxurious and sophisticated blend crafted in the heart of the Napa Valley. This exquisite wine is made from a meticulous selection of grapes sourced from premium vineyards, resulting in a wine of exceptional quality and flavor. About the Winery

Booker

Booker Vineyard & Winery is a highly regarded estate located in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles, California. Founded in 2001 by Eric Jensen and his wife Lisa, the winery is rooted in a deep respect for the land and its history. The property was originally farmed by the Booker brothers, Claude and Dick, local farmers known for their generosity and community spirit. Jensen purchased the land with a vision to produce world-class Rhône-style wines, releasing the first Booker vintage in 2005.
