Fairview Darling Sauvignon Blanc is a lively and refreshing White Wine with a crisp, citrusy taste that is perfect for summer sipping. The wine has a pale straw color with green reflections that is a sight to behold, while the aromas are an explosion of passionfruit, green apple, and gooseberry with a slight hint of grass. About the Winery

Fairview

Located in the Paarl region in the province of Western Cape, the South African Fairview wine brand is owned by Charles Back, who also owns other popular brands such as Goats Do Roam Wine Company and The Spice Route Winery. In 1902, Charles Louis Back purchased the current Fairview wine estate and property from its previous owner. Today, the Back family’s Fairview farm covers 320 hectares, out of which 12o hectares are under vines.
